SEO Operations System — 7-Tab Tracker + Automation Scripts + SOP Library
Built a complete, self-contained SEO operations system: a 7-tab master tracker, Python automation scripts for PDF report generation and client onboarding, CTR optimization tracking, and a full SOP library covering SEO page creation, social media, and strategic planning.
The Challenge
Managing SEO across a multi-client portfolio requires tracking dozens of metrics per client per week — organic sessions, GSC clicks, impressions, indexed pages, ranking keywords, referring domains, review counts, and more. Without a system, data lives in scattered spreadsheets, reporting is manual, and new client onboarding is ad-hoc.
The Solution
Built a complete SEO operations system designed for a solo operator or small team managing 10-20+ clients. The 7-tab master tracker includes a Client Dashboard with weighted composite audit scores, a Weekly Pulse tab for standup prep, Monthly KPIs that auto-calculate from weekly data, CTR tracking, and audit scoring.
Wrote Python automation scripts: export_client_pdfs.py generates per-client monthly PDF reports directly from the tracker, and add_new_client.py adds a client to all 4 tracker tabs and creates their CTR folder. The data flows from weekly manual entry → auto-calculated monthly KPIs → generated PDF reports with zero manual formatting.
Documented everything in a full SOP library including SEO Page Creation (empirically tested two-prompt methodology), Strategic SEO Planning, Social Media Post Creation (12-week plans with platform-specific captions and designer concepts), and a Writer Pre-Submission Checklist.
